WE ARE MOVING!
We took Sean to the airport a little while ago, and he should be in the air by now. His dad and I are sad to see him leave, but we really enjoyed his visit, and hope to be seeing him very soon again. We're happy for him and he has our blessing, even though we'll miss him loads. This holiday season has been such a busy time for us. We're so sorry that we have not sent any Christmas cards this year, but thank you for all the lovely cards we received - what a blessing to have such a wonderful family and such good friends .We sold our home after living here for almost 10 yrs, and bought land ( 1.3 acres) on which we hope to build this spring. We got just the right buyers ( three divorced sisters ) who are going to live together. They seem to really care about each other, and we hope it works out for their sake. We got more than our asking price the first week we put it on the market ourselves. Then another great blessing is that we are able to stay here until April 30th, at which time we will move into a cute little three bedroom ranch/bungalow that we are in the process of purchasing. We should be able to close on that around the 25th of this month, spend some time fixing it up a little, and then begin building on the land. The little house and the land are very close to each other, which is another great blessing from the Lord. Isn't God amazing?Well. as you can see we are going to be entering into a new and very busy season, but we believe an exciting one as well. I hope to be able to keep you all posted with pics as well .Today we had hoped to take down our Christmas decorations, but it did not happen! I think I need our little decorator, our 6yr old grandson Owen ,to help me again. This little ball of energy and enthusiasm came to help me to put up the decorations in the first place, or I might not have gotten to it this year. What a joy they are to us! If it was not for Owen we would not have done all the entertaining we did over Christmas - who would believe a little 6yr old could bring such joy and blessing to so many! They all do in their own way, from little Addie asking me over the phone "Grammom hold you?" to Megan giving us a kiss "to dream on", and our big boys Tim and Andrew with their enthusiasm for life. We sure love and are enjoying our grandchildren!

Congrats on selling your house! I hate to see you move though, that is the last house I have memories in with you guys! I'll never forgot washing down the living room walls. lol And then someone coming in and asking if you planned on cleaning the walls! :) I want to stop by when we are home in Feb. so I can see it (and visit) for one last time.
Erin, you're always welcome at our home - wherever we live. You've done so much to help us and we're so grateful, and have so many wonderful memories together!
Looking forward to seeing you and your family when you come - I just hope we won't be out west. We're planning on it when C & H's baby is born, and continuing out to see Sean. We really missed not getting together over the holidays, but know it couldn't be helped.God's richest blessings to you and your family in the New Year! We love you guys!
2:40AM! What have we done to you!? =) We're SO excited for you. Building a home was so wonderful for us and we pray it's a good experience for you guys, too!
I love your house! It's so charming and unique! Can't believe you've lived there for 10 years! Can't wait to see your land and new bungalow! Maybe before we go out Sat. night, we can meet there. Looking forward to it! SO sorry our plans were thwarted on New Years! But glad we got to come to your lovely party and Sean got to come visit!
I'd just like to point out that ten years in one house is a Sangree family record. Way ta go M&D!
It's really all your fault Sean (or shall I say Bob - you beast)! Now that you've moved out the house is too big. Actually the truth is we can't stand to live here without you =)
We really do miss you loads!
